At SD Jewellers, we take pride in the quality of our brass and silver jewellery. Every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you face any issues with your order, we’re here to help.

✅ Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

You received the wrong product

The item was damaged during transit

There are manufacturing defects

Note: Returns are not accepted for minor variations in color, texture, or weight due to the handmade nature of the jewellery.

📦 Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return.

Once approved, return the item within 7 days in unused condition, in original packaging.

💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

A full or partial refund (based on issue) will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

In case of exchange, replacement will be shipped at no extra cost (India only; international customers may be charged additional shipping).

Items returned without prior approval

📦 Return Shipping
Domestic Returns: Free if the error is ours (wrong or damaged item)

International Returns: Buyer bears the shipping and customs cost unless otherwise agreed
